The integrated compound is an outer atrium of the integrated building, while the recreational compound is an inner atrium of the integrated building. The parking lot is located outside the integrated building. Within the parking lot, there is a smart parking building. The educational community contains a teaching building, a sports field, a logistics area, and a teaching park. Each floor of the teaching building is connected to the integrated building by a skywalk. Outside the community constructions, there is a lakeside botanical garden.
