Abstract[English]
Modular conveyors applied in different sections of conveyor and sortation systems, comprising a plurality of the modules (100) arranged in an array of a honeycomb pattern over the transporting plane (P) fitting together to form a desired shape on which there can be different paths formed available for different items to be transported. Each module (100) comprises a steerable roller group assembly (110). The paths formed depend on the orientations of each roller group assembly (110) of the modules (100). Changing the orientations of the roller group assemblies (110) will change the paths. The modular conveyors are scalable in different shapes and sizes in the transporting plane (P), applicable for diverters, curved conveyors, transfers, merging conveyors, centering and alignment conveyors.[French]
L'invention concerne des transporteurs modulaires appliqués dans différentes sections de systèmes de transport et de tri, comprenant une pluralité de modules (100) disposés dans un réseau en nid d'abeilles sur le plan de transport (P) s'ajustant ensemble pour former une forme souhaitée sur laquelle il peut y avoir différents chemins formés disponibles pour différents articles à transporter. Chaque module (100) comprend un ensemble groupe de rouleaux orientables (110). Les chemins formés dépendent des orientations de chaque ensemble groupe de rouleaux (110) des modules (100). Le changement des orientations des ensembles groupes de rouleaux (110) changera les chemins.
