An optical alignment apparatus and an optical alignment method, used for aligning a first optical axis of a first optical element (01) with a second optical axis of a second optical element (02). The optical alignment apparatus comprises: a first six-axis displacement stage (11), the first six-axis displacement stage (11) being used for carrying the first optical element (01); a light emitting and receiving mechanism (12), the light emitting and receiving mechanism (12) being disposed above the first six-axis displacement stage (11); and a support frame (13), the support frame (13) being used for carrying the second optical element (02), the second optical element (02) being arranged opposite to the first optical element (01), and the second optical element (02) being located between the light emitting and receiving mechanism (12) and the first optical element (01).[French]
