Abstract[English] Provided in the present invention is a halogen-free fluorine-free flame-retardant PC composite material. The material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 84-98.6 parts of PC; 0-5 parts of a toughening agent; 0-4 parts of a toughening compatibilizer; 0.9-3 parts of a flame retardant, 0.05-2 parts of an anti-dripping agent; and 0.05-2 parts of an antioxidant, wherein the PC is PCR-PC (recycled PC); and the anti-dripping agent is a fluorine-free anti-dripping agent selected from one of or a combination of more of a silicon-based material anti-dripping agent, a carbon-based material anti-dripping agent, a whisker material anti-dripping agent, and an inorganic-clay-based material anti-dripping agent. The composite material of the present invention does not contain halogen compounds or fluorine-containing compounds; therefore, the risk of secondary pollution during the recycling of the material can be lowered, and the material is environmentally friendly. Moreover, the composite material has improved flame retardancy, and also has good mechanical properties.[French] La présente invention concerne un matériau composite PC ignifuge exempt d'halogène et exempt de fluor. Le matériau composite comprend les constituants suivants, en parties en poids : 84 à 98,6 parties de PC ; 0 à 5 parties d'un agent de renforcement ; 0 à 4 parties d'un agent de compatibilité de renforcement ; 0,9 à 3 parties d'un agent ignifuge, 0,05 à 2 parties d'un agent antigoutte ; et 0,05 à 2 parties d'un antioxydant, le PC étant PCR-PC (PC recyclé) ; et l'agent antigoutte étant un agent antigoutte sans fluor choisi parmi un agent antigoutte de matériau à base de silicium, un agent antigoutte de matériau à base de carbone, un agent antigoutte de matériau en whiskers, et un agent antigoutte de matériau à base d'argile inorganique ou une combinaison de ceux-ci.
