Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to the technical field of production of high-purity quaternary ammonium bases, and provides a method for preparing high-purity adamantyl trimethylammonium hydroxide and a high-purity quaternary ammonium base prepared thereby. The method for preparing high-purity adamantyl trimethylammonium hydroxide comprises the following steps: S1, material preparation: adding adamantyl trimethylammonium chloride into water to obtain an aqueous solution, and then adding an adsorbent thereto to obtain a pretreatment solution, wherein the adsorbent contains stearate ions; S2 electrolysis: adding the pretreatment solution to a raw material chamber of an electrolytic cell for electrolysis, so that adamantyl trimethyl ammonium cations enter a cathode chamber through a cation membrane and combine with hydroxide ions generated by the cathode to form adamantyl trimethylammonium hydroxide, so as to obtain a quaternary ammonium base. The method for preparing high-purity adamantyl trimethylammonium hydroxide has the advantage of improving the quality of the quaternary ammonium base product.[French]
La présente invention se rapporte au domaine technique de la production de bases d'ammonium quaternaire de haute pureté, et concerne un procédé de préparation d'hydroxyde d'adamantyl-triméthylammonium de haute pureté et une base d'ammonium quaternaire de haute pureté ainsi préparée. Le procédé de préparation d'hydroxyde d'adamantyl-triméthylammonium de haute pureté comprend les étapes suivantes : S1, préparation de matériau : ajout de chlorure d'adamantyl-triméthylammonium dans de l'eau pour obtenir une solution aqueuse, et puis ajout d'un adsorbant à celle-ci pour obtenir une solution de prétraitement, l'adsorbant contenant des ions stéarate ; S2 électrolyse : ajout de la solution de prétraitement dans une chambre de matière première d'une cellule électrolytique pour électrolyse, de telle sorte que les cations d'adamantyl-triméthylammonium entrent dans une chambre de cathode à travers une membrane cationique et se combinent avec des ions hydroxyde générés par la cathode pour former de l'hydroxyde d'adamantyl-triméthylammonium, de façon à obtenir une base d'ammonium quaternaire.
