A traditional Chinese medicine detection system and a method therefor, and a computer-readable storage medium. The system comprises: a workbench, an image acquisition module (101), an analysis module (102), and a detection module (103). The method comprises: flattening traditional Chinese medicines to be detected; acquiring an image of the traditional Chinese medicines; performing image recognition on the image of the traditional Chinese medicines, analyzing various traditional Chinese medicines contained in the image of the traditional Chinese medicines, and extracting images of various different traditional Chinese medicines from the image of the traditional Chinese medicines; analyzing the weights of the various traditional Chinese medicines on the basis of the images of the various traditional Chinese medicines; and providing a traditional Chinese medicine detection result on the basis of the types of the analyzed traditional Chinese medicines contained in a traditional Chinese medicine prescription and the weights of the traditional Chinese medicines. According to the traditional Chinese medicine detection system and the method therefor, and the computer-readable storage medium, by performing detection in terms of image recognition and the like on a prepared traditional Chinese medicine prescription, and quantitatively analyzing the type and content of a decoction piece of the traditional Chinese medicine prescription, a comprehensive detection result can be provided, and the prepared traditional Chinese medicine prescription can be rechecked, thereby improving the accuracy, safety and effectiveness of a patient using the traditional Chinese medicine prescription.[French]
