Abstract[English]
A golf swing training apparatus, which controls a body trunk playing posture by means of a head controller being bound to a head and a waist controller being bound to a waist. The head controller is fixed to the head by means of a helmet (94), a fixing belt (95) and a buckle (96), wherein the helmet (94) is connected to a bearing (93), and the bearing (93) is internally connected to a head connection rod (92). The waist controller is locked to the waist by means of a waist belt (82) and a locking buckle (83). The waist controller is connected to a C-shaped waist fixation bracket (81), the C-shaped waist fixation bracket (81) is connected to a bearing (84), and an inner ring of the bearing (84) is connected to a waist connection rod (85). By adjusting the lengths of the head connection rod (92) and the waist connection rod (85) entering a sleeve, the positions of the head, the shoulders and the waist are adjusted. The head controller and the waist controller are fixed on an adjustable trunk fixing bracket; the head controller, the waist controller and the trunk fixing bracket jointly form a U-shaped trunk fixing assembly (88); and the U-shaped trunk fixing assembly (88) slides forwards and backwards in a golf ball striking direction by means of sliding bearings (15, 16, 21, 22), enabling the trunk to rotate freely while shifting the body’s center of gravity towards the golf ball striking direction.[French]
