Abstract[English]
Provided are improved engineered halohydrin dehalogenases that can tolerate high substrate concentrations and has high substrate specificity and activity. The engineered halohydrin dehalogenase is capable of converting (R) -styrene oxide from racemic styrene oxide to (S) -4-phenyl-2-oxazolidinone; and resolving racemic styrene oxide to obtain (S)-styrene oxide in high purity.[French]
La présente invention concerne des halohydrines déhalogénases améliorées qui peuvent tolérer des concentrations élevées de substrat et qui présentent une spécificité et une activité de substrat élevées. L'halohydrine déhalogénase modifiée peut convertir l'oxyde de styrène (R) de l'oxyde de styrène racémique en (S) -4-phényl-2-oxazolidinone ; et résoudre l'oxyde de styrène racémique pour obtenir de l'oxyde de (S)-styrène d'une grande pureté.
