Abstract[English]
The present disclosure relates to network entities for energy usage control and enforcement. The disclosure proposes a network device that is configured to: receive one or more energy consumption reports for a first time interval from each of one or more second network entities; determining whether a total energy consumption across all data sessions of the UE exceeds a first threshold based on the one or more energy consumption reports; if the first threshold is exceeded, determining a first traffic throttling instruction based on the one or more energy consumption reports; and sending the first traffic throttling instruction to at least one of the second network entities, wherein the first traffic throttling instruction 102 comprises energy usage control enforcement information for at least one data session of the UE for a second time interval.[French]
