Abstract[English] Provided are engineered lysine decarboxylases that can be used to synthesize 1,5-diaminopentane under industrially relevant conditions. Also provided are polynucleotides encoding the engineered lysine decarboxylases, host cells capable of expressing the engineered lysine decarboxylases, and methods for preparing 1,5-diaminopentane using the engineered lysine decarboxylases. The engineered lysine decarboxylase is developed from a wild-type lysine decarboxylase through a process of directed evolution, and the engineered lysine decarboxylase has a better activity and/or stability and tolerates a high substrate concentration compared to other lysine decarboxylases for the preparation of 1,5-diaminopentane, and thus has a good prospect for industrial application.[French] La présente invention concerne des lysines décarboxylases modifiées pouvant être utilisées pour synthétiser le 1,5-diaminopentane dans des conditions industrielles appropriées. Sont également présentés des polynucléotides codant pour les lysines décarboxylases modifiées, des cellules hôtes pouvant exprimer les lysines décarboxylases modifiées et des procédés de préparation du 1,5-diaminopentane par l'utilisation des lysines décarboxylases modifiées.
