Methods and systems for the use of terrestrial network elements to provide aggregated messaging related to communications between non-terrestrial terminal devices and non-terrestrial base stations are provided. In some cases, the aggregated communications deal with interference experienced by one or both of terrestrial and non-terrestrial terminal devices. In some cases, the aggregated communications can provide interpolation of reports received from terminal devices. In some cases, the aggregated communications relate to uplink data resource allocation.[French]
