Abstract[English]
The invention relates to a key intermediate for preparing glucopyranosyl derivatives and preparation method thereof, the glucopyranosyl derivatives are sodium-dependent glucose transporter (SGLT) inhibitors. Specifically, the key intermediate has stable properties, less impurities, and high optical purity (diastereoselectivity); the reagents used in the preparation method are cheap, the reaction conditions are mild, and there is no need to use silica gel column chromatography for purification and the post-treatment is simple, the purification is easy, the equipment requirements are low, the production cost is low, and the process is safer and more controllable, and suitable for industrial production.[French]
L'invention concerne un intermédiaire clé pour la préparation de dérivés de glucopyranosyle et son procédé de préparation, les dérivés de glucopyranosyle étant des inhibiteurs du transporteur de glucose dépendant du sodium (SGLT). Plus particulièrement, l'intermédiaire clé a des propriétés stables, moins d'impuretés et une pureté optique élevée (diastéréosélectivité) ; les réactifs utilisés dans le procédé de préparation sont bon marché, les conditions de réaction sont modérées, sans la nécessité d'utiliser une chromatographie sur colonne de gel de silice pour la purification, le post-traitement est simple, la purification est facile, les exigences d'équipement sont faibles, le coût de production est faible, et le processus est plus sûr et plus contrôlable, et approprié pour une production industrielle.
