Aspects of the present disclosure may provide methods, apparatuses and devices for enabling a first device to send configuration information to a be received by a second device. The configuration information including one or more parameter associated with a rate of change of received power of a reference signal (RSRP) transmitted over a beam, wherein the rate of change indicates a change of the received power in at least one of a specific direction, one or more directions, or per time slot. In some embodiments, the first device may be a network side device and the second device may be a terminal side device. In some embodiments, the first device may be a terminal side device and the second device may be a network side device. A network side device may be a base station and a terminal side device may be a UE.[French]
