Disclosed herein is a method, comprising: capturing with an X-ray subsystem of a cabinet X-ray system(100) an X-ray image of a specimen(190) held by a holder inside a chamber(110) of the cabinet X-ray system(100); displaying the X-ray image on a screen(172) of a display(170); and for i=1, …, M, determining a coordinate (i) of a point (i) of interest in the X-ray image in a same coordinate image on the screen(172) of a same 2-dimensional coordinate system which is fixed to the holder, with M being a positive integer.[French]
La présente invention divulgue un procédé qui consiste à : capturer, à l'aide d'un sous-système à rayons X d'un système d'armoire à rayons X (100), une image à rayons X d'un échantillon (190) maintenu par un support situé dans une chambre (110) du système d'armoire à rayons X (100) ; afficher l'image à rayons X sur un écran (172) d'un dispositif d'affichage (170) ; et pour i=1, ..., M, déterminer une coordonnée (i) d'un point (i) d'intérêt dans l'image à rayons X dans une même image de coordonnées sur l'écran (172) d'un même système de coordonnées bidimensionnel qui est fixé au support, M étant un entier positif.
