Abstract[English] Systems, methods, and non-transitory machine-readable medium for optical channel replacement are provided. An exemplary system includes a wavelength selective switch (WSS), including a first optical input port connectable to a first input channel, a second optical input port connectable to a second input channel, and an optical output port. The WSS, in response to a signal to replace the first input channel with the second input channel on the optical output port, is configured to terminate transmission of the first input channel to the optical output port over a transition period during which transmission of the first input channel continues, and to commence transmission of the second input channel to the optical output port during the transition period.[French] La présente invention concerne des systèmes, des procédés et des supports non transitoires lisibles par machine destinés au remplacement d’un canal optique.
