Also provided is a reaction process for the asymmetric synthesis of Ubrogepant intermediates using the transaminase polypeptide.[French]
La présente invention concerne des polypeptides transaminases modifiés pour la synthèse d'intermédiaires d'Ubrogepant présentant une stéréosélectivité élevée, une activité catalytique élevée et une bonne stabilité.
