Abstract[English]
Embodiments of the invention relate to management of capabilities of a client device (100) in a communication system. The client device (100) is enabled to restrict and/or remove a restriction of its capabilities by transmitting a request message (510) or a capability message (540) to a first network access node (300). The request message (510) indicating a request for transmission of a capability enquiry message from the first network access node (300) and the capability message (540) indicating the capabilities of the client device (100). The client device (100) is further enabled to select a target network access node for a conditional handover based on whether the network access node supports restriction and/or removal of the restriction of capabilities or not. Des modes de réalisation de l'invention concernent la gestion des capacités d'un dispositif client (100) dans un système de communication. Le dispositif client (100) est activé pour restreindre et/ou supprimer une restriction de ses capacités en transmettant un message de demande (510) ou un message de capacité (540) à un premier nœud d'accès au réseau (300).
