Abstract[English]
This disclosure provides for methods and system for meta few-shot class incremental learning. According to an aspect a method is provided. The method includes obtaining at least one weight attention map of a first network and updating weights of a second network using the at least one weight attention map, where the second network is a modulatory network. The method further includes generating at least one feature attention map of the second network based on the at least one weight attention map of the first network and a set of input images of at least one class. The method further includes generating at least one feature map of the first network based on the set of input images of the at least one class, and updating the at least one feature map of the first network based on the feature attention map of the second network.[French]
La présente divulgation concerne des procédés et un système d'apprentissage incrémentiel de classe méta peu complexe. Selon un aspect, l'invention concerne un procédé. Le procédé consiste à obtenir au moins une carte d'attention de poids d'un premier réseau et à mettre à jour des poids d'un second réseau à l'aide desdites cartes d'attention de poids, le second réseau étant un réseau modulateur. Le procédé consiste en outre à générer au moins une carte d'attention de caractéristique du second réseau sur la base de ladite carte d'attention de poids du premier réseau et d'un ensemble d'images d'entrée d'au moins une classe. Le procédé consiste en outre à générer au moins une carte de caractéristique du premier réseau sur la base de l'ensemble d'images d'entrée desdites classes et à mettre à jour lesdites cartes de caractéristique du premier réseau sur la base de la carte d'attention de caractéristique du second réseau.
