Provided is an engineered polypeptide capable of catalyzing the asymmetric hydrolysis of 3-isobutylglutarimide to generate (R) - (-) -3- (carbamoylmethyl) -5-methylhexanoic acid. The engineered polypeptide has high stereoselectivity, high catalytic activity, good process stability and thermal stability, and tolerance to high product concentrations, and has good prospects for industrial applications.[French]
L'invention concerne un polypeptide modifié capable de catalyser l'hydrolyse asymétrique de 3-isobutylglutarimide pour générer de l'acide (R)- (-)-3-(carbamoylméthyle)-5-méthylhexanoïque. Le polypeptide modifié possède une stéréosélectivité élevée, une activité catalytique élevée, une bonne stabilité durant le processus et une bonne stabilité thermique, ainsi qu'une tolérance à des concentrations élevées de produits, et offre de bonnes perspectives d'applications industrielles.
