Disclosed herein is a method comprising placing a substrate in a growth medium thereby forming a perovskite layer on the substrate. The perovskite layer is configured to generate signals in response to radiation particles incident on the perovskite layer, and the substrate is configured to process and analyze the signals generated by the perovskite layer.[French]
