Abstract[English] A learning method of modeling a building performed by a processor includes: receiving raw scan data of a target building; training a neural network; computing a generated full BIM model of the target building; computing supplementary information based on the received raw scan data and the generated full BIM model; presenting the generated full BIM model and the supplementary information to a user to allow the user to modify at least one of the received raw scan data of the target building and the generated full BIM model; and updating the database for a subsequent ineration of the training of the neural network.[French] L'invention concerne un procédé d'apprentissage de modélisation d'un bâtiment réalisé par un processeur qui consiste à : recevoir des données de balayage brutes d'un bâtiment cible ; entraîner un réseau neuronal ; calculer un modèle BIM complet généré du bâtiment cible ; calculer des informations supplémentaires sur la base des données de balayage brutes reçues et du modèle BIM complet généré ; présenter le modèle BIM complet généré et les informations supplémentaires à un utilisateur pour permettre à l'utilisateur de modifier les données de balayage brutes reçues du bâtiment cible et/ou le modèle BIM complet généré ; et mettre à jour la base de données pour une itération ultérieure de l'entraînement du réseau neuronal.
