Abstract[English]
An image sensor suitable for detecting X-rays has an absorption layer, an electronics layer, and a printed circuit board. An active area of the absorption layer is configured to generate an electrical signal when the absorption layer absorbs an incident X-ray photon. The printed circuit board and the active area do not overlap in an interlayer direction.[French]
Un capteur d'image approprié pour détecter des rayons X a une couche d'absorption, une couche électronique et une carte de circuit imprimé.
