Abstract[English] Disclosed herein are a micro LED structure and a micro LED projector. The micro LED structure comprises: a micro mesa structure and a micro lens formed above the micro mesa structure; the top surface area of the micro mesa structure is less than the bottom surface area of the micro mesa structure; and, the distance between the focal point of the micro lens and the top of the micro mesa structure is not more than 70%of the height of the micro mesa structure. The present disclosure increases the light emitting efficiency, control the chief ray angle of the micro LED structure and reduce the loss of the light emitting from the sidewall of the mesa structure.[French] L'invention concerne une structure de micro-DEL et un projecteur à micro-DEL. La structure de micro-DEL comprend : une structure de micro-mésa et une microlentille formée au-dessus de la structure de micro-mésa ; la zone de surface supérieure de la structure de micro-mésa est inférieure à la zone de surface inférieure de la structure de micro-mésa ; et la distance entre le point focal de la microlentille et la partie supérieure de la structure de micro-mésa n'est pas supérieure à 70 % de la hauteur de la structure de micro-mésa. La présente invention augmente l'efficacité d'émission de lumière, commande l'angle de rayon principal de la structure de micro-DEL et réduit la perte de la lumière émise par la paroi latérale de la structure de mésa.
