Abstract[English]
A micro LED projector comprising: a micro LED panel (15) and a collimator unit (14). The micro LED structure in the micro LED panel (15) comprises a mesa structure and a micro lens (11) formed above the micro mesa structure, a p type semiconductor layer (01), an n type semiconductor layer (03) and a light emitting layer (02) formed between the p type semiconductor layer (01) and the n type semiconductor layer (03). The center of the micro lens (11) is at a straight line which connects the center of the light emitting layer (02) with the center of the collimator unit (14). The micro LED projector are reduced in volume and weight.[French]
Un projecteur à micro-DEL qui comprend un panneau à micro-DEL (15) et une unité de collimateur (14). La structure de micro-DEL dans le panneau à micro-DEL (15) comprend une structure mesa et une microlentille (11) formée au-dessus de la micro-structure mesa, une couche semi-conductrice de type p (01), une couche semi-conductrice de type n (03) et une couche électroluminescente (02) formée entre la couche semi-conductrice de type p (01) et la couche semi-conductrice de type n (03).
