Abstract[English]
A micro LED display device comprising: at least one monolithic micro LED projectors (1601), formed to generate monochrome images separately in a same color or in a different color; an optical waveguide (1602), formed to receive the monochrome images respectively from the monolithic micro LED projectors (1601), deliver the monochrome images and overlap the monochrome images into an objective image; wherein, the monolithic micro LED projector (1601) comprises a micro LED array, use micro LEDs for pixels; the chief ray angle of some micro LEDs are different.[French]
Un dispositif d'affichage à micro-DEL comprend : au moins un projecteur à micro-DEL monolithique (1601), formé pour générer des images monochromes séparément dans une même couleur ou dans une couleur différente ; un guide d'ondes optique (1602), formé pour recevoir les images monochromes respectivement à partir des projecteurs à micro-DEL monolithiques (1601), fournir les images monochromes et faire chevaucher les images monochromes de manière à obtenir une image objective ; le projecteur à micro-DEL monolithique (1601) comprenant un réseau de micro-DEL, utilisant des micro-DEL pour afficher des pixels ; l'angle de rayon principal de certaines micro-DEL étant différent.
