Abstract[English]
The present invention provides an image apparatus, comprising: a substrate having a first surface, on which an electromagnetic wave impinges and a second surface opposite to the first surface; a first electromagnetic wave conversion element formed in the substrate and composed of a first material having a first bandgap; a second electromagnetic wave conversion element on a side of the second surface and composed of a second material having a second bandgap different from the first bandgap such that the second electromagnetic wave conversion element overlaps the first electromagnetic wave conversion element in a plan view; and a first deep trench isolation (DTI) extending in the substrate from the first surface toward the second surface and at least partially surrounding the first electromagnetic wave conversion element and the second electromagnetic wave conversion element in a plan view.[French]
La présente invention concerne un appareil d'image, comprenant : un substrat ayant une première surface, sur laquelle une onde électromagnétique frappe et une seconde surface opposée à la première surface ; un premier élément de conversion d'onde électromagnétique formé dans le substrat et composé d'un premier matériau ayant une première bande interdite ; un second élément de conversion d'onde électromagnétique sur un côté de la seconde surface et composé d'un second matériau ayant une seconde bande interdite différente de la première bande interdite de telle sorte que le second élément de conversion d'onde électromagnétique chevauche le premier élément de conversion d'onde électromagnétique dans une vue en plan ; et une première isolation de tranchée profonde (DTI) s'étendant dans le substrat depuis la première surface vers la seconde surface et entourant au moins partiellement le premier élément de conversion d'onde électromagnétique et le second élément de conversion d'onde électromagnétique dans une vue en plan.
