Abstract[English]
This application provides a solid-state imaging device comprising: a pixel array in which one or more pixels form a pixel unit, wherein each pixel unit comprises: one or more photodiodes to convert electromagnetic radiation into an electrical charge; one or more transfer gate devices each corresponding to one of the one or more photodiodes, and to selectively transfer the electrical charge; a floating diffusion to accumulate the electrical charge transferred from the one or more transfer gate devices; a selector to selectively output an output signal corresponding to the electrical charge accumulated in the floating diffusion; a first switching device to selectively switch between two types of conversion gain; and a reset device connected to a power supply voltage, and to selectively reset the electrical charge accumulated in the floating diffusion; wherein a first node between the first switching device and the reset device in a first pixel unit is connected to one or more second nodes between a first switching device and a reset device in one or more second pixel units.[French]
