A pivotable support apparatus for supporting a foldable display panel (24) is provided. The pivotable support apparatus includes a hinge structure (HS); and a joint structure (JS) including at least one row of joints (5), a respective row (RR) of joints (5) comprising a plurality of joints (5) connected to each other. A respective joint (5) of the plurality of joints (5) includes an upper portion (UP) and a lower portion (LP). Contacts respectively between respective first upper side surfaces (USS1) of respective upper portions (UP) of respective first adjacent joints (AJ1) and respective second upper side surfaces (USS2) of respective upper portions (UP) of respective second adjacent joints (AJ2) define a limit to which the pivotable support apparatus can be unfolded.[French]
