The present invention relates to a method and system for controlling and optimising an industrial or civil engineering works operation involving: the process, the product, a device, works, a complementary device (or peripherals), a component, and/or operational components. The invention is based on at least one of multiple possible parameters, in an automated (or semi-automated), smart, reliable and verifiable manner throughout the entire operational chain. The system includes: devices, computer vision, sensors and actuators; databases containing a pattern acquired in the operation, a standard pattern to be achieved, quality control and historical 3D models; software, a digital twin, a cloud, artificial intelligence and/or a remote control.[Spanish]
Un método y sistema para controlar y optimizar una operación industrial o civil, que involucra: el proceso, el producto, un equipo, una obra, un equipo complementario (o periféricos), un componente, y/o unos componentes operacionales; basado en al menos uno de múltiples parámetros posibles, en forma automatizada (o semiautomatizada), inteligente, confiable y verificable a lo largo de toda la cadena de operación. El sistema incluye: unos equipamientos, una visión artificial, unos sensores y unos actuadores; unas bases de datos de: un patrón adquirido en la operación, un patrón estándar a lograr, un control de calidad, modelos 3D históricos; un software, un gemelo digital, una Nube, una Inteligencia Artificial, y/o un telecomando.[French]
