Abstract[English]
The present invention consists of a device for demulsifying and recovering fats and oils from wastewater containing same, having a prismatic vertical body and bacterial bed arranged inside a hopper of the type that is an inverted pyramid with a polygonal base, having a honeycomb grate on top of the bacterial bed, which improves the operability and efficiency of the device, achieving practically the complete separation of fats and oils contained in the affluent and the total extraction and pouring of the same, generating a fat- and oil-free effluent, in addition to filtered fats and oils as a profitable by-product.[Spanish]
La presente invención consiste en un equipo desmulsificador y recuperador de grasas y aceites desde aguas residuales que las contienen, de cuerpo vertical prismático y lecho bacteriano dispuesto dentro de una tolva del tipo pirámide invertida de base poligonal, con una rejilla panal sobre el lecho bacteriano, que mejora la operatividad y eficiencia del equipo logrando prácticamente la total separación de las grasas y aceites contenidas en el afluente y la total extracción y vertimiento de éstas, generando un efluente libre de grasas y aceites, además de grasas y aceites purificados como subproducto rentable[French]
La présente invention concerne un équipement désémulsificateur et récupérateur de graisses et d'huiles à partir d'eaux résiduelles qui les contiennent, à corps vertical prismatique et lit bactérien disposé dans une trémie du type pyramide inversée à base polygonale, avec une grille en nid d'abeille sur le lit bactérien, qui améliore la fonctionnalité et l'efficacité de l'équipement permettant pratiquement la totale séparation des graisses et huiles contenues dans l'affluent et la totale extraction et le total déversement de celles-ci, générant un effluent exempt de graisses et huiles, en plus de graisses et huiles purifiées comme sous-produit rentable.
