Abstract[English]
A method for early detection of a heart attack in a subject. The method includes acquiring a plurality of clinical symptoms from the subject, acquiring a gender of the subject, acquiring an age of the subject, acquiring a raw ECG signal from the subject, generating an averaged ECG signal from the raw ECG signal, acquiring a plurality of ECG features from the averaged ECG signal, designing a fuzzy inference system based on a set of rules associated with the plurality of clinical symptoms, the gender, the age, and the plurality of ECG features, and determining an occurrence of the heart attack utilizing the fuzzy inference system.[French]
La présente invention concerne un procédé destiné à la détection précoce d'une attaque cardiaque chez un sujet. Le procédé comprend l'acquisition d'une pluralité de symptômes cliniques provenant du sujet, l'acquisition d'un sexe du sujet, l'acquisition d'un âge du sujet, l'acquisition d'un signal d'ECG brut provenant du sujet, la génération d'un signal d'ECG moyenné à partir du signal d'ECG brut, l'acquisition d'une pluralité de caractéristiques d'ECG à partir du signal d'ECG moyenné, la conception d'un système d'inférence floue sur la base d'un ensemble de règles associées à la pluralité de symptômes cliniques, le sexe, l'âge et la pluralité de caractéristiques d'ECG et la détermination d'une occurrence de l'attaque cardiaque à l'aide du système d'inférence floue.
