Abstract[English]
The invention relates to crankless piston internal combustion engines. The present invention is aimed at securing continuous supply in required quantity of lubricating oil to working surfaces of cylinders and to flat-rod slot under condition of satisfying hydrodynamic friction in hydrodynamic thrust bearings of the engine. For this purpose the engine is fitted with two oil transducers connected to the flat rod main ducts. The flat rod is fitted with additional hydrodynamic bearings to protect the piston from wear and tear. In addition, annular grooves are added to the surfaces of both crankshaft cheeks in contact with the ram. Also, annular grooves were added to the surfaces of the slider in contact with both crankshaft cheeks, divided into four parts, which were connected to each other by through holes, and the holes were provided with channels for transferring lubricating oil to the working surfaces of the flat rod slot. This design ensures a continuous supply in the required quantity of lubricant to the cylinder mirror surfaces and the working surfaces of the flat rod, thus increasing the longevity and efficiency of the engine.[French]
L'invention concerne des moteurs à combustion interne à piston sans bielle. La présente invention vise à obtenir une alimentation continue en quantité requise d'huile lubrifiante sur des surfaces de travail de cylindres et sur une fente de tige plate dans des conditions de satisfaction de frottement hydrodynamique dans des paliers de butée hydrodynamiques du moteur. Dans ce but, le moteur est équipé de deux transducteurs d'huile reliés aux conduits principaux de la tige plate. La tige plate est équipée de paliers hydrodynamiques supplémentaires pour protéger le piston de l'usure. De plus, des rainures annulaires sont ajoutées aux surfaces des deux joues du vilebrequin en contact avec le piston. Également, des rainures annulaires ont été ajoutées aux surfaces du coulisseau en contact avec les deux joues du vilebrequin, divisées en quatre parties, qui ont été reliées l'une à l'autre par des trous traversants, et les trous ont été pourvus de canaux pour transférer l'huile lubrifiante aux surfaces de travail de la fente de tige plate. Cette conception assure une alimentation continue dans la quantité requise de lubrifiant pour les surfaces miroirs de cylindre et les surfaces de travail de la tige plate, ce qui permet d'augmenter la longévité et l'efficacité du moteur.
