A portable medical device for diagnostic assessments, wherein the portable medical device comprises: a plurality of medical instruments each medical instrument including one or more sensors, wherein each sensor of the one or more medical instruments is configured to receive one or more samples from body of a person having information of that body; a processor to determine a plurality of parameters based on the information from the one or more samples; a memory unit operably connected to the processor and configured to store machine readable instructions, the processor obtaining the machine-readable instructions from the memory unit, and being configured by the machine-readable instructions to compare the determined the plurality of parameters with predefined parameters to thereby determine health related information of the human body based on the comparison.[French]
