Abstract[English]
Spatial estimation systems and methods of operation are described. A light source is configured to provide outgoing light. The system includes optical components configured to direct the outgoing light into an environment across a field of view and receive incoming reflected light from the environment. The spatial estimation system also includes a control system to control the operation of the spatial estimation system to control the power density distribution within the field of view, responsive to trigger events, in particular trigger events related to eye-safety operation.[French]
L'invention concerne des systèmes d'estimation spatiale et des procédés de fonctionnement. Une source de lumière est conçue pour fournir une lumière sortante.
