Abstract[English]
A dental implant with multi-unit abutment is surgically inserted for osseointegration into the jawbone of a patient, in order to attach a crown or tooth prosthetic. The dental implant includes an implant shaft, a threading extrusion, and an attachment abutment. The implant shaft is inserted within the jawbone during osseointegration surgery. The threading extrusion is connected along the implant shaft in order to secure the dental implant within the jawbone. The attachment abutment is connected to the implant shaft, such that the attachment abutment extrudes out from the patient's gum. Therefore, the attachment abutment is accessible for the dentist to attach a crown or tooth prosthetic.[French]
L'invention concerne un implant dentaire avec pilier « multi-unit » étant inséré chirurgicalement pour l'ostéointégration dans l'os de la mâchoire d'un patient, afin d'y fixer une couronne ou une prothèse dentaire. L'implant dentaire comprend une tige d'implant, une extrusion filetée et un pilier de fixation. La tige de l'implant est insérée dans l'os de la mâchoire pendant la chirurgie d'ostéointégration. L'extrusion filetée est connectée le long de la tige de l'implant afin de fixer l'implant dentaire dans l'os de la mâchoire. Le pilier de fixation est relié à la tige de l'implant, de sorte que le pilier de fixation dépasse de la gencive du patient.
