Systems and methods for the zero-knowledge verification of personally-identifiable information (PII) for a PII Prover with the PII being hosted by a PII Host, using the concept of "PII Certificates", whereby a PII Host is onboarded by a PII Verifier with the role to facilitate PII verification, with the PII Host to cryptographically generate digitally-signed PII 5 Certificates based on the desired PII and private PII Certificate Seeds unknown to the PII Verifier, with PII Certificates not including any derivation of PII and with the PII Prover then reconstructing such seeds to compile a PII Verification Request for the PII-to-Prove, with PII Verification Requests not including any derivations of the PII-to-Prove, to then establish the case-insensitive and reasonably-fuzzy identicality of the PII-to-Prove against the PII 10 originally used by the PII Host to generate PII Certificates, without the PII Host or PII Prover disclosing any PII to any other parties.[French]
