Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Zellmantelbaugruppe (100) zur Ummantelung von wenigstens einer Batteriezelle (10), die einen Zellrahmen (20) für eine Einfassung wenigstens einer Batteriezelle (10) und einen Zellmantel (30 für eine gasabgrenzende Versiegelung der wenigstens einen Batteriezelle (10) in der Zellmantelbaugruppe (100) aufweist. Erfindungsgemäß weist die Zellmantelbaugruppe (100) wenigstens eine geschlossene Druckentlastungsöffnung auf, die in dem Zellrahmen (20) ausgebildet ist, wobei ein Umfang der Druckentlastungsöffnung eine Sollbruchstelle (33) in einem die wenigstens eine Druckentlastungsöffnung verschließenden Abschnitt des Zellmantels (30) und/oder des Zellrahmens (20) definiert, für ein druckentlastendes Öffnen der gasabgrenzenden Zellmantelbaugruppe (100).[English]
The present invention relates to a cell casing assembly (100) for encasing at least one battery cell (10), comprising a cell frame (20) for enclosing at least one battery cell (10) and a cell casing (30) for sealing the at least one battery cell (10) in the cell casing assembly (100) so as to form a gas barrier. According to the invention, the cell casing assembly (100) has at least one closed pressure relief opening which is formed in the cell frame (20), wherein a circumference of the pressure relief opening defines a predetermined breaking point (33) in a portion of the cell casing (30) and/or the cell frame (20) closing the at least one pressure relief opening, for opening the gas-barrier-forming cell casing assembly (100) so as to provide pressure relief.[French]
La présente invention concerne un ensemble boîtier d'élément (100) destiné à loger au moins un élément de batterie (10), comprenant un cadre d'élément (20) destiné à loger au moins un élément de batterie (10) et un boîtier d'élément (30) destiné à étanchéifier ledit au moins un élément de batterie (10) dans l'ensemble boîtier d'élément (100) de manière à former une barrière contre les gaz.
