Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren für eine Bestimmung eines Alterungszustandes (AZ) einer Brennstoffzelle (112), eines Brennstoffzellenstapels (110) und/oder eines Brennstoffzellensystems (100) auf einem Prüfstand (200), gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Schritte: - Überwachen des Verlaufs des elektrischen Potentials (EP) beim Betrieb auf dem Prüfstand (200), - Erfassen von lokalen Extrema (LE) im überwachten Verlauf des elektrischen Potentials (EP), - Bestimmen einer reduzierten Zyklenzahl (RZZ) basierend auf erfassten Zyklen (EZ) der erfassten lokalen Extrema (LE), - Bestimmen von reduzierten Zyklenwerten (RZW) zu allen lokalen Extrema (LE) der reduzierten Zyklenzahl (RZZ), - Vergleich der reduzierten Zyklenzahl (RZZ) und der reduzierten Zyklenwerte (RZW) mit einer Vergleichsdatenbank (70) zu wenigstens einer Alterungsart von Brennstoffzellen (112), - Ausgabe eines qualitativen und/oder eines quantitativen Alterungszustandes (AZ) auf Basis des Ergebnisses des Vergleichs.[English]
The present invention relates to a method for determining an ageing status (AZ) of a fuel cell (112), a fuel cell stack (110) and/or a fuel cell system (100) on a test bench (200), characterised by the following steps: - monitoring the profile of the electric potential (EP) during operation of the test bench (200), - detecting local extremes (LE) in the monitored profile of the electric potential (EP), - determining a reduced cycle number (RZZ) based on detected cycles (EZ) of the detected local extremes (LE), - determining reduced cycle values (RZW) for all local extremes (LE) of the reduced cycle number (RZZ), - comparing the reduced cycle number (RZZ) and the reduced cycle values (RZW) with a comparison database (70) for at least one ageing type of fuel cells (112), - outputting a qualitative and/or quantitative ageing status (AZ) on the basis of the comparison result.[French]
La présente invention concerne un procédé de détermination d'un état de vieillissement (AZ) d'une pile à combustible (112), d'un empilement de piles à combustible (110) et/ou d'un système de pile à combustible (100) sur un banc d'essai (200), caractérisé par les étapes suivantes : - surveiller le profil du potentiel électrique (EP) pendant le fonctionnement du banc d'essai (200), - détecter des extrêmes locaux (LE) dans le profil surveillé du potentiel électrique (EP), - déterminer un nombre de cycles réduit (RZZ) sur la base de cycles détectés (EZ) des extrêmes locaux détectés (LE), - déterminer des valeurs de cycle réduites (RZW) pour tous les extrêmes locaux (LE) du nombre de cycles réduit (RZZ), - comparer le nombre de cycles réduit (RZZ) et les valeurs de cycle réduites (RZW) avec une base de données de comparaison (70) pour au moins un type de vieillissement de piles à combustible (112), - délivrer un état de vieillissement qualitatif et/ou quantitatif (AZ) sur la base du résultat de comparaison.
