Morocco general info

The Morocco is a country in the Maghreb region of North Africa. Geographically, Morocco is characterized by rugged mountainous interior and large portions of desert. It is one of only three countries (with Spain and France) to have both Atlantic and Mediterranean coastlines. Morocco has a population of over 38 million and an area of 710,850 km2. Morocco is an influential member of the Arab League and a part of the Union for the Mediterranean and the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie. It has the fifth-largest economy in Africa.
