World IP Day 2018 — Women in innovation and creativity

Every year on April 26, the world celebrates this wonderful holiday — World Intellectual Property Day. Today IP-Coster team would like to congratulate everyone involved in the Intellectual Property sphere.

It is hard to underestimate the role of intellectual property in the development of modern society and relations in the world marketplace. Inventions, patents, industrial designs, trademarks and copyrights push our world towards progress and new technologies, increasing higher living standards and encouraging innovation and creativity.

This year, the theme of the World Intellectual Property Day is “Powering change: Women in innovation and creativity”. Nowadays female inventors and creators take up the leadership roles in many spheres such as business, science, technology and arts. Women around the globe make a huge contribution to powering change in our world. They come up with life-changing inventions and creations by engaging in innovation and creativity. With women and men working together, we are shaping our common future, enriching our shared cultural wealth and changing the world for the better.
