France: E-service for filing oppositions to the TM registration

According to the notification of the French Intellectual Property Institute (INPI), since May 1, 2016, oppositions to the trademark registrations should be filed via e-service only.

E-service is available 24/7 and offers many advantages which simplify the procedure of filing oppositions. In particular, secured online payment of the opposition fee, ability to create opposition projects up to 30 days, automatic notifications on the filed oppositions to the recipient, qualified online support have become possible with INIPI’s online service.
