Turkey: IP protection fees increase
With reference to the official Turkish Patent Institute website, fees for the IP protection matters in Turkey were slightly changed. In particular, fees for entering PCT national phase, filing an industrial design and trademark application, European patent validation fee, as well as other basic IP relation fees, were increased by 5-10%.
Amendments came into force on January 1, 2016. Our quotation system has been updated accordingly.
