Kuwait: increase of trademark fees
With reference to the notification of the IP-Coster agent in the Kuwait JAH & Co. IP, the Kuwaiti Ministry of Commerce and Industry issued the Ministerial Decree No.1268 dated December 27, 2015, amending and considerably increasing official fees for trademark registration services. Under the mentioned decree the official fees of the entire trademark registration, renewal, recordal and TM search were increased by several times. Amendments became effective on January 1, 2016.
