European trademark: new fee schedule
As it was previously reported the significant changes into European trademark legislation will enter into force on March 23, 2016.
Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market will be renamed into the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the “Community trade mark” term will be replaced by the “European Union trade mark”. The brief analysis of key regulation changes was already published in our news alert.
Furthermore, new European Trademark Regulations provide the new fee schedule for trademark registration and protection matters. The list of changes is represented below.
