IP-Coster offers assistance to applicants in creating and submitting new international applications with real-time verification using ePCT.

ePCT is an electronic filing system of the WIPO, which involves all stages of the PCT procedure: Receiving Offices (RO), WIPO International Bureau (IB), International Searching Authorities (ISA) and International Preliminary Examination Authorities (IPEA). The ePCT system allows filing and processing of PCT applications, exchange of documents between offices and communication with the applicant in the electronic format. All services are provided through a secure browser-based interface, thus avoiding any downloads and software updates. Note that, in case of electronic filing of international applications using the ePCT system certain reductions apply on the international filing fee (as compared to filing on paper).

ePCT is available for online filing at 89 receiving Offices, including RO/IB. Note that, in the case of RO/IB, at least one applicant must have the nationality or residence of a PCT Contracting State.

IP-Coster assists applicants with filing new international applications, in most cases, with the national Patent Offices or directly with the WIPO, if permitted by the State's national security provisions, and with managing all subsequent processes using ePCT.
