Abstract[English] The invention relates to gas taps (1) for domestic and industrial gas cookers, which comprise a body (1.3) having a gas inlet (1.3.1) and one or two gas outlets (1.3.2); a movable disc (1.4) rotatable in the body (1.3); an immobile fixed disc (1.5); a shaft (1.1); a gasket; a cover (1.2); a pin (1.7); and a safety valve (1.8). In gas taps (1), a gas flow occurs at different flow rates when a user rotates a button such that a shaft (1) therein rotates to simultaneously rotate the movable disc (1.4) in each rotation angle. Gas taps (1) of the invention relate to oil channels (1.4.2), a main channel (1.4.1) and an auxiliary supply channel (1.3.3) which provide linearity in the flow rates that occur due to the angle change and increase the maximum flow rate that will occur in the gas taps.[French] L'invention concerne des robinets de gaz (1) destinés à des cuisinières à gaz ménagères et industrielles, les robinets comprenant un corps (1.3) comportant une entrée de gaz (1.3.1) et une ou deux sorties de gaz (1.3.2); un disque mobile (1.4) pouvant tourner dans le corps (1.3); un disque fixe immobile (1.5); un arbre (1.1); un joint d'étanchéité; un couvercle (1.2); une broche (1.7); et une soupape de sécurité (1.8). Dans les robinets de gaz (1), un écoulement de gaz se produit à des débits différents lorsqu'un utilisateur fait tourner un bouton de sorte qu'un arbre (1.1) dans ce dernier tourne afin de faire tourner simultanément le disque mobile (1.4) selon chaque angle de rotation.
