Abstract[English] The present invention discloses a novel method for developing Human HLA-a/b/c triple knockout hair follicle stem cells (HFSCs) intended for promoting HFSCS transplantation. The method involves precise genetic modification techniques to knockout HLA-a/b/c genes, facilitating enhanced compatibility and effectiveness in hair follicles transplantation.
