Abstract[English]
The present invention pertains to the use of miRNA technology for improving recombinant production of polypeptides of interest in host cells. Expression cassettes are provided which produce a miRNA targeting and down-regulating a host cell protein which interferes with production of the polypeptide of interest.[French]
La présente invention concerne l'utilisation de la technologie des miARN pour améliorer la production recombinante de polypeptides d'intérêt dans des cellules hôtes. L'invention concerne également des cassettes d'expression qui produisent un miARN ciblant et régulant à la baisse une protéine de cellule hôte qui interfère avec la production du polypeptide d'intérêt.
