Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to immunogenic compositions comprising recombinantly constructed polypeptides useful for preparing vaccines, in particular for reducing one or more clinical signs caused by a rotavirus infection. More particular, the present invention is directed to an immunogenic composition containing (i) a fusion protein comprising in N- to C-terminal direction (A) an immunogenic fragment of a rotavirus VP8 protein and (B) an immunoglobulin Fc fragment such as, for example, an IgG Fc fragment, and (ii) an immunogenic substance, different from said fusion protein, wherein said immunogenic composition is usable in a method of reducing one or more clinical signs, mortality or fecal shedding caused by a rotavirus infection in swine.[French]
La présente invention concerne des compositions immunogènes comprenant des polypeptides construits par recombinaison utiles pour préparer des vaccins, en particulier pour réduire un ou plusieurs signes cliniques provoqués par une infection à rotavirus. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne une composition immunogène contenant (i) une protéine de fusion comprenant dans la direction N- à C-terminale (A) un fragment immunogène d'une protéine VP8 de rotavirus et (B) un fragment Fc d'immunoglobuline tel que, par exemple, un fragment Fc d'IgG, et (ii) une substance immunogène, différente de ladite protéine de fusion, ladite composition immunogène étant utilisable dans une méthode pour réduire un ou plusieurs signes cliniques, la mortalité ou l'excrétion fécale provoquée par une infection à rotavirus chez le porc.
