Spain: slight fee increase
As of June 29, 2017, the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM) has introduced slight increase in fees for trademarks, industrial designs, etc. Still, the patent fees which underwent changes in view of the entry into force of the new Patent Law remain unchanged.
Hence, we’d like to provide you with the information on the major changes in the fees for main stages of trademark and design registration. The increase rate constitutes 1%.
